Difference between Drug Misuse and Drug Abuse?

The difference between the drug abuse and drug misuse a bit slim, but important. Drug misuse is using a prescription drug for a purpose besides what it’s intended. Such as to use a psycho-stimulant to increase focus so one can avoid eating by ignoring their hunger. Drug abuse is being addicted to a drug, in the example above, it would be if you became addicted to the feeling the drug gives them.
